Main Components
The standard crane includes a welded main girder, end carriages, crane travelling motors, an electric wire rope hoist, electrical control equipment, wheels, buffers, limit switches and a current ollection system.

CD1 or MD1 Electric Hoist
A CD1 electric hoist provides one lifting speed and is suitable for general material handling. An MD1 electric hoist provides normal and slow lifting speeds. The slow speed helps the operator position loads more carefully during assembly and equipment maintenance.
Core Advantages
The single girder structure offers a practical balance between lifting performance and project cost. Its relatively light self-weight can reduce the load on the workshop runway structure. The straightforward structure also makes inspection, maintenance and replacement of common components more convenient.
Typical Applications
This crane is commonly used in machinery workshops, warehouses, steel fabrication plants, equipment maintenance areas, assembly lines, precast workshops and general manufacturing facilities.
It is intended for normal industrial material handling. It should not be used in explosive, strongly corrosive, high-temperature metallurgical or molten-metal applications unless a suitable special-purpose crane is selected.

Optional Configurations
Available options include CD1 single-speed hoists, MD1 dual-speed hoists, wireless remote control, variable-frequency travel, low-headroom hoists, upgraded electrical components, runway rails, busbars, supporting steel structures and customized paint colors.
Safety Protection
The crane can be equipped with lifting and travel limit switches, overload protection, emergency stop, phase protection, electrical protection and buffers. The final safety configuration is determined by the crane specification and applicable project requirements.
Testing, Packaging and Delivery
Outgoing inspection videos and machinery test reports can be provided. Mechanical components are protected for transport, while the electric hoist, electrical parts and smaller components are packed in suitable export cases. Production time is normally about 30 days after the technical specification is confirmed. Shipment can be arranged from Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai.
Information Required for a Quotation
Please provide the lifting capacity, span, lifting height, workshop dimensions, working frequency, material being lifted, local power supply, preferred control method and destination country. Please also indicate whether runway rails, busbars or supporting steel structures are required.
Frequently Asked Questions
1.What is the standard capacity range?
The standard configurations shown in this product series cover 1 to 20 tons. Other requirements should be evaluated separately.
2.What is the difference between CD1 and MD1 hoists?
CD1 provides one lifting speed. MD1 provides normal and slow lifting speeds for more controlled load positioning.
3.Can the voltage be customized?
Yes. The power supply can be configured according to the destination country and project requirements.
4.Can wireless remote control be provided?
Yes. Pendant control and wireless remote control are available.
5.Can this crane be used outdoors?
An outdoor configuration requires suitable weather protection and project evaluation. For open yards, a gantry crane may be more appropriate.
6.When should I choose a double girder crane?
A double girder crane should be considered for heavier loads, higher working frequency, greater hook height or more demanding operating conditions.
7.Can the main girder be divided for transport?
Yes. When container dimensions or transport conditions require it, the main girder can be designed in sections with a suitable connection system.
